Lyndsey graduated from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology with a diploma in Architectural Technology in 1999. She went on to become an accredited member of the Association of Architectural Technologists of Ontario (AATO) in 2004.

She is the principal designer and owner of Bailey Designs. She founded her business in 2002, before that working for a small design firm for 2 years. Since then she has been designing residential and commercial projects in the Barrie area. Over time she has established a large cliental based on her reputation of accuracy, design principals and exceptional service.

Lyndsey has extensive knowledge in the Ontario Building Code (OBC) specifically in Part 9-Housing and Small buildings, she is qualified and registered as a Designer with House, and Small Buildings with her BCIN.

Her areas of interest include travelling, and spending time with family and friends.

Dannie is an interior and architectural designer with an advanced diploma in Interior Design, graduating with honors in 2015. After starting her career in the kitchen and bath industry, she joined Bailey Designs and has spent the past eight years cultivating her skills in comprehensive interior and architectural design services.

With a focus on space planning, custom architectural home design, and commercial design, she strives to prioritize aesthetics, functionality, and safety through Ontario Building Code standards in all her projects.

When Dannie is not designing, she is fully immersed in motherhood as a mom of three, including twins. Drawing inspiration from the challenges and joys of being a mom, she combines her creative passions and interests of new materials, techniques, and perspective to provide a personal, unique experience with every project.

Julie Pridham is the head decorator at Bailey Designs, specializing in creating detailed plans for interior-residential decorating and staging projects. Julie manages and schedules the project from initial consultation to installation and application of decorating strategies. After gathering information on clients’ budget, timeline, aesthetic and functional needs, she determines the decorative elements and methods that will bring the clients’ needs to life. Julie sources decorative elements such as paint, wall finishes, colour schemes, furniture, lighting, window and floor coverings, greenery, artwork and other decorative items from suppliers and manages orders and installation. She strives to make the re-decorating process a positive and stress-free experience for her clients.

Apart from decorating, Julie spends her free time flipping houses and spending time with friends and family.

With Advanced Diplomas in Architectural Technology and Interior Design, Stephanie brings her own perspective to the team as a Junior Designer. Her passion for architecture and interior design drives her to stay up to date on trends which she uses as inspiration to design spaces that are functional yet carefully tailored to be an expression of you. Stephanie continues to grow her knowledge of architectural technology through mastering her skills in construction details, renderings, and documentation.

Stephanie believes in working with you to create purposeful and timeless structures that you and your family can enjoy for many years to come.

Being a northern girl at heart, Stephanie loves outdoor activities such as camping and hiking. She also enjoys spending time with her family and playing guitar.
