Our Mission

Bailey Designs is an interdisciplinary team of architectural technologists and designers located in Barrie, Ontario, specializing in custom home design, interior design and legal second suite design. For over 19 years, our team has applied a combination of extensive knowledge on design and construction to create dream homes and interiors for our clients. Our passion lies in our abilities to bring client ideas and visions into fruition.

About the Founder

    Owner of Bailey Designs • Principal Architectural Technologist Diploma in Architectural Technology from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology • Accredited member of the Association of Architectural Technologists of Ontario (AATO)

    Lyndsey is an experienced Architectural Technologist and BCIN-certified designer with over 20 years of bringing clients’ dreams to life. As the creative mind behind Bailey Designs, she is passionate about transforming ideas into functional, beautiful spaces. Whether it’s a welcoming home or an innovative commercial design, Lyndsey listens closely to her clients’ visions, ensuring every project reflects their unique needs and style.

    In addition to her design work, Lyndsey shares her expertise as a part-time instructor in the Architectural Technology program at Georgian College, helping to mentor and inspire the next generation of industry professionals.

    Her commitment to precision, creativity, and outstanding service has built a loyal clientele who rely on her to make the design process smooth and enjoyable. With extensive knowledge of the Ontario Building Code (OBC), she blends technical expertise with artistic flair to deliver spaces that are both practical and stunning.

    When she’s not designing, Lyndsey loves traveling, surfing, and spending quality time with family and friends.
