In addition to our architectural services, we provide space planning, feasibility studies, material selections, interior design and lighting design.

LYNDSEY TKACZUK, MAATO
OWNER/ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER

Lyndsey graduated from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology with a diploma in Architectural Technology in 1999. She went on to become an accredited member of the Association of Architectural Technologists of Ontario (AATO) in 2004.

She is the principal designer and owner of Bailey Designs. She founded her business in 2002, before that working for a small design firm for 2 years. Since then she has been designing residential and commercial projects in the Barrie area. Over time she has established a large cliental based on her reputation of accuracy, design principals and exceptional service.

Lyndsey has extensive knowledge in the Ontario Building Code (OBC) specifically in Part 9-Housing and Small buildings, she is qualified and registered as a Designer with House, and Small Buildings with her BCIN.

Her areas of interest include travelling, and spending time with family and friends.

DANNIE AMYOT
INTERIOR DESIGN CONSULTANT

Dannie graduated from Georgian College with an advanced diploma in Interior Design in 2015. She began her career in the kitchen and bath industry gaining knowledge about the two most important functional rooms within your home.

Dannie strives to make aesthetics, functionality, and safety through Ontario Building Code standards a priority when designing any interior space. She finds inspiration from anything and everything, and strives to find new materials, techniques, and inspirations with every client, and with every space.

Dannie enjoys painting, woodworking, and spending time with family up north by the lake.
